Each session has multiple skill sets to teach. The curriculum is designed to have multiple skill sets that are directly designed to work with the current topic and have generalizability to global coping. This is designed to ground the individual into their current needs, strengths, coping strategies, and global functioning. The next step is to teach specific sets of cognitive and behavioral skills designed to increase the individual's functioning.
